Welcome to Encore Wine Bar & Grill, the Kiama region's premier steakhouse, seafood restaurant and wine bar located at 68 Manning Street, Kiama. It is my pleasure to cook for and entertain you.
Many folks have approached me to light up the stove again and cook in Kiama. The opportunity to do so again excites me. It also holds special meaning for me in relation to my career as a Cook and a Chef. 
The word ‘encore’ refers to an artist/performer repeating a performance in response to audience demand and this is what I’m now doing with my new steakhouse, seafood and wine bar. This is my Encore.
