We had our downstairs drapes cleaned by Dr Drapes and couldn't be happier. The whole process from collection to rehanging went very smoothly and professionally. The drapes look good as new (& didn't shrink). I would definitely use your services again.

Ive had Dr Drapes clean my drapes due to mould issues . Ive found them to be very honest and efficient .My drapes came back looking like new . I would and have recommended them to my family and friends . Thank you Dr Drapes .

Though pricey I thought that I would finally save and splurge and have 2 of my drapes cleaned. Well I was greatly surprised when they came back dirtier than when they left. Apparently after being picked up I was left with a pamphlet stating that not all stains would be removed and that dust and dust mites would be removed. I could have saved $350 and used my vacuum cleaner then. Very disappointed, very unprofessional and safe to say that I did not take up the offer to re clean them after they must have gotten dirty in transit back to me.

My Drapes were ruined. They look like they have been boiled in hot water. Full of wrinkles and now the fabric is limp. Using this company was my biggest mistake ever. Can't believe the poor service after paying $2450. Found [redacted due to personal identifier] rude and unreliable. The drapes had originally come from this compnay so he claimed to know the fabric. In fact he bragged about how expensive and what great quality they were when he picked them up. It was all down hill from there. The 1 star is for his employee. Had our drapes cleaned, came out brilliantly - promptly picked up and dropped off (despite a slight hiccup). Pricier than others, but you get what you pay for, these guys did a great job with our super grubby drapes!
