David had a great bedside manner. Unfortunately he was not there at the time I delivered my son, but he did have his hands full travelling all over Mornington Peninsula delivering other babies- would happily go back.
One thing I would learn to ask next time is the help of Gap cover- as I thought being a private patient would help reduce the cost a little. rather than going through the public system.
My son was born 5 weeks prem, so my birthing plan went right out the window. However, I cannot fault the team involved in my son's delivery.

I highly recommend David if you are having a baby. I just recently had my 2nd child and David was my obstetrician. He is very caring and gentle and he knows what he is doing.

Cannot rate this Doctor high enough - was wonderful. Was on call 24 / 7 for advice during my pregnancy, Was there for all my appts, never rushed an appt. Very thorough & caring. Came to see me twice during labour and was there for delivery. Can back to see me every day after in hospital also
