My puppy loves her doggy day care days and the staff could not be friendlier and more caring towards puppy. I have no hesitation in recommending the service.

Dog Overboard management is rude and unprofessional. The staff made a "mistake" and mixed up my dog for another dog with the same name and gave him the wrong cut. When I picked him up after 3 hours he looked like skinned rabbit. When I rang to speak to management the response was laughter followed by it was just a short haircut. Please think twice before taking your beloved pet to this unprofessional grooming service.

I have a kelpie x wholfhound and she loves her weekly bath and dry!
I can never tame her for grooming purposes but she is completely calm when she is in the groom room there.
I recommend 100 percent.

Had to wait an extra half an hour after the time they said to pick my dog up. Completely unorganised and take too many dogs at once. Horribly run business.

Horrible grooming service. The groomers are completely overbooked and do nothing more than a quick shave down and charge $70 for it, even if you ask to keep the hair long. Save your money and your dogs fur, go somewhere else.

Would not recommend. Responsibility for accidents caused by groomers are
not taken. Our dog came home with a red irritated weepy eye which needed
vet treatment. After contacting the business, I was told that they use
shampoos without chemicals, this is untrue. I promptly provided proof of
the existence of chemicals in the shampoo and the known harmful effects,
especially to the eyes. I then directed them to the warnings on the
product to keep the product out of eyes, they still denied it was
harmful. I was also told there was no possibility of shampoo getting
into the eyes, obviously untrue. They also stated they do not use
colognes on dogs, this is contrary to their website.
I was told that camera footage was reviewed and the whites of my dogs
eyes could be seen and there was no redness. This was not true, you
cannot see the whites of my dogs eyes unless you gently pull down the
bottom eyelid.

Groomer also claimed our mainly indoor dog was covered in burrs. Our
very small courtyard is covered in lush lawn, not a bindi or burr in
sight.....another untruth. I also have asked to see this so called
footage. I doubt any footage even exists as my request had been ignored.

Service was very poor. My dog came home with bleeding paws because they cut his nails to short. When I collected him I heard the dog groomer abusing my dog and calling him names. My dog was mistreated. I know quite a few people that will not be going back with there dogs.

My long Haired Maltese loves his full grooming and bathes here .They are loving and caring professional staff.
I highly recommend to everyone who loves there baby as much as I do.They spoil them and treat all there clients with love and kindness .
Dog overboard is my baby;s beauty Parlour of choice .Well done.

My Bichon adores Dog Overboard. The staff treat her exactly the way I do.Lexie isn't a dog she is a little person with four legs. Lexie knows that when she gets in the car every four weeks on a Saturday that she is going to see her personal groomer and other four legged friends at Dog Overboard. We can not fault their services.
