Do not go here. They lost the dog's council tags and then said must be my fault as they weren't secured properly. this has never happened at grooming before. The dog was so parched when I picked him up. Nor had he been toileted in 6 hours- again they said I should have done it before dropping the dog off. I had done that of course. The clip was ok but they made no effort to keep a fluffy tail when there was a knot- not good for a Cavalier. When I pointed these issues out the man was so aggressive and rude- everything was my fault!! Not happy at all.
