If you own anything worth more than $10, do not get them cleaned here. They will treat all garments with the same average quality cleaning process regardless of whether it is delicate and requires extra care. The level of care taken to clean my coats was poor at best. My coats are now damaged.

I took my winter coats to be dry cleaned here but I can't say that my coats looked brand new but they did look very shiny which for a black winter coat is not a good look. This place is also not cheap. They have specials like all drycleaners dry clean 3 garments get 4th garment drycleaned free. Good part about this business is the location in barkly street Footscray, it's very easy to find. Service could be better, when you walk in you usually have to wait a little while before you're acknowledged.

When I have had my dry cleaning done here I've found them to be quite quick, and I've been satisfied with my garments on return. I'd say their prices are average, I believe it was around $18 for one coat.

What I didn't like was the service I received from there... the ladies are just not very friendly or attentive. I couple times I have been standing there at the counter and even though they have seen me, they finish their task at hand with no acknowledgement that they'll be with me shortly or anything like that, then when they do serve me they seem to be annoyed that I have disrupted what they were doing. And just generally I don't think they are very friendly at all for a local business.
