Am very disappointed that the new owners - Curtains Direct & Blinds for Berwick Curtain Nook. Have taken over from Rob and his wife. Their lack of customer service is very poor and The fact it not only took them awhile to keep me waiting for a response leaving me from following up with other services, they are trying to say, even though they are a curtain company, they cannot alter curtains.... what kind of business are you trying to run, would have never received that response from previous owners. What’s worse is the reputation the previous owners worked hard to build, will now be mistaken because of these new owners
To keep a VERY LONG SAGA short, it's been 5 months since getting a quote and ordering, I'm still in the process of getting my 3 external blinds. Let's just say I'm not at all happy with the service, there have been numerous delays, I'm told x weeks, it becomes months, incorrect paperwork, faulty material, scratched metal, me chasing progress, 3 attempts of installation... This is a very quick summary, and I'm missing parts. It's just too long to put in here. If anyone is genuine in knowing my experience, please contact me direct and I will be happy to give you further honest information.
This is probably just a one-off, as I had a family member that had no problem with them... but from this one experience, I will never be using them again.
