We had a terrible service experience at Country Road Chadstone. We purchased a bag the day before we flew off and the staff missed removing the RFID tag. Right before heading back to the airport, we noticed the RFID tag and called in but was told we had to head to the same Country Road outlet to remove it. We made a huge detour and the staff at Chadstone were completely unapologetic (“Oh, it happens”).

Yesterday, I was extremely impressed by the staff members at the CR Chadstone store, at first I was browsing and had an epiphany for an item I needed - Doona. The gentlemen at the middle counter directed me to the bedding section as this was not his area of expertise. I was then greeted by two women who were extremely pleasant to deal with - only assisted me when I asked. I remember the last Lady named Kat, she was extremely creative, would even suggest that she was an Interior Designer of CR. Overall, staff were extremely courteous and professional. Well done I aim to return soon as I am now a signed up member of CR.

This is such a good store I always love to go to. The store is huge and the vibe of the store is always so calm and collected. Theres so much stock you can look at, I can spend hours there!

I am a regular Country Road customer and have been for a number of years. I love the clothes there and find that I can order online quote easily. Chadstone is my local store, however I find myself going to other country roads, such as camberwell as the service I have received lately at Chadstone has been very poor. I know it is still the same items of clothing but customer service plays a big part of the shopping process.

Good quality clothing and prices are great during sale time, especially if you take advantage of VIP discounts. Very much worth a visit. Great variety of merchandise. The store tends to close its door earlier than most on a Sunday. I feel staff could be more committed.

I love Country road, the shop is well organised and there is always a staff member available to help me. The clothes are great for mens, womens and children so its a great family store. But its abit pricey.

Huge store, good range of stock. The staff are friendly and nice. Love the variety of clothes to choose from. The new CR designer attracts more people now to their store. Love the atmosphere.

This country road is a large store with a good range of stock. The staff are available and will run and get you another size without you having to yell out across the store or parade around in your underwear to get it yourself. There is always a sale rack which is worth a look. The layout is spacious, the men's and women's are obviously divided so no confusion there. There returns policy works, when my husband didn't like the shirt I bought him or any of the others they had, they took it back and refunded no questions asked.

Very open and spacious. Great selection of clothes and accessories to choose from. There is always something good in store. 2 words to describe this store: casual classiness.
