We were here last night as part of a work function. Whilst it was a long drive here last night with kids in tow , we were quite suprised at how big and such an array of dishes and desserts on offer at the bistro. The Country Club Camden Valley has a bistro, dining areas, sports lounge and an alfresco area and has some breath-taking views of the area! You can travel here via the Hume Highway or the M5.

We ordered the 300gm Wagyu, with mushroom sauce- served in a gravy boat, chips and a garden salad for $25.90, whist the serving size was generous, the steak was abit over cooked for my liking in some area's, which was a bit of a let down as it was quite tasty. The kids shared a ham and pineapple pizza for $12.90. It was a good decent kids sized pizza easily shared between 2 or even 3 kids. But the base was a bit soggy, but the toppings were generous with lashing of pineapple , ham and tomato paste base.

Being Friday night the bistro area ended up being quite busy with young families, couples and groups here to enjoy dinner, drinks and the live band doing renditions of old classic's and some Xmas Carols for the kids.

The ambience was fun, welcoming and bistro service was overall good, will definitely return!

Approximate cost: $25.90

Hi,
I have also been to the country club just off Camden valley way. I have to say the place does have a nice atmosphere & the variety of food served from the bistro is delicious. The service & staff are also great! Nice place for a night out to dinner.
