can't stress enough not to reccomend Coral Homes. Our house is less then 3 years old and 95% of our gutters have falling on rain event. After contacting Coral Homes regarding gutters falling. Coral Homes have sent out Stoddart Group who originally installed it to reassess. Stoddarts admitted after they tried saying it was a insurance job that they didn't install gutters properly, poor workmanship. "Craig" from Stoddarts said he'll go back to the office organise clean up and order materials. Craig went back to Coral Homes and said it was insurance job.

We then got a Independent Assessor come out do a report and it came back poor workmanship and building defect. We sent the independent assessor report to Coral Homes and they forwarded that to Stoddarts to say it's a insurance job. Our gutters are still not fixed being over a month now. We have now got NCAT involved and Insurance to fix up Stoddarts mess. Very disappointing and if your builder uses this company I would suggest getting it inspected by a independent assessor before handover
