I used these guys because they had a set of tires that were new old stock that I just could not find any where else. I really wish I hadn't bothered and found an alternate tire. The guy who served me was rude and just couldn't be bothered. The job was done as promised at the price quoted but I wont be going back.

I chose this place because they were close by and had the specific tyre I was after. I was in for a shock. Non existent service, churlish and unfriendly, the overall work to change 4 tyres took about two hours and the Manager didn't listen to anything I said or just simply disregarded it and the tyre changer out the back changed my as new original spare tyre leaving my punctured tyre in the boot. On top of that debacle the work performed was of a dangerously low standard. The wheel balance weights appear used or of very poor quality and I was forced to have my wheels re- balanced which I did somewhere else to the proper standard. An overall nightmare experience. Do not under any circumstances trust The Tyre Factory in Bayswater with your car.
