I have been banking with Commonwealth for years now and since becoming an adult have used the Caboolture branch regularly. Despite the many kinds of people that I'm sure they see every day, the staff are always lovely and helpful. One of the customer service girls Shay is a pleasure to see when I bank, always funny and kind. I'd prefer in store staff over the call centre staff any day!
