Very busy shopping centre, nice new renovations and self-checkout which helps staff always seem a bit happier than the Woolworths at the other end of the shopping centre.

Service let down after an incident when a 1kg box of pet food fell off the shelf hitting my head. When I pointed this out to assistant, manager was called. He said it happened because customers replaced goods incorrectly when choosing items making them unstable on the shelf. Even though I was shocked and in pain he seemed more intent on proving the store was not at fault. I did point out that customers must have been very busy replacing items as most of the shelves were stacked in the same manner! Apart from suggesting I go to a doctor he was not overly concerned. A bit of TLC would have gone a long way or a seat and cup of tea maybe. I wasn't expecting compensation
