Jacinta at Liquorland, Belmont was very helpful and supportive of our time within the store. She is an asset to Cole's.

I went to buy a few things at Coles on the other side of town to where I live. I found things easy to find and the service at the check out fast and the check out girl very friendly.

I purchased a bottle of Johnny Walker Red Label Scotch after considering the other brands. After doing some shopping in the Coles Supermarket (which is great) I came back to the liquorland and asked to change my bottle for Johnny Walker black label scotch (apparently top quality scotch) as it was for a gift. The lady groaned out loud and my request and was very obvious in her displeasure. I told her don't bother, I will never shop at your store again. She may have been having a bad day but as a professional nurse I know you always wear your professional hat. If she is tired of customers, get out of the business.

When we moved house and had to find a new shopping venue it was so hard to find somewhere that wasn't too expensive. This is the perfect place for a huge range of products at a reasonable price.

I love this store as it is big with a great range and the best thing is it is the only supermarket in Geelong open 24 hours like Kmart in the same shopping complex.

coles has just renovated a part of the huge shopping center expansion.It looks more beautiful than ever before actually it looks more modern now. Heaps of parking at the shopping center under ground and on the roof.

Depending on the time of day you go to the store depends on the speed of service. If you go in the normal 9 -5pm hours you will find they have ample staff and can attend to your need pretty quickly, if you attend around 8pm - Midnight your chances of speedy service demise very quickly. They are under staffed and the staff that they do have on are usually young and inexperienced.
