I bought a voucher online for a colour cut blow dry, mini manicure etc.

I decided to have foils added. I was advised that everything will take approx 2hrs-2.5hrs.

This turned out to be the worst experience at a salon I have ever had. They insisted I have extra foils when I did not want to. The young man cutting my hair who apparently had 10yrs experience did a rough quick job on my long hair, not making sure both sides were even. The result was crooked, and uneven whispy layers. It was noticeable not cut well. He insisted on whisping my fringe and I said "No cut it straight". My blow dry was very average. I was kept waiting approx 10-15 minutes during the blow dry whilst he was having a relaxed chat to another customer, even though he new my patience was wearing thin as it was taking alot longer then advised.

I had to ask for the mani/pedi when it was part of the deal.

In total I was their for almost 4 hours and was left upset with the end result. Whilst I was their for 4 hours I did not come across anyone who had a WOW haircut.

I tried ringing the manager twice the following day to complain about the service and experience and cut. I was advised she will call me back and of course I never got the call back. No care factor at all. Would not return even if it was free and would never recommend this place. Not worth the money.

I was giving a Spreets voucher for Mother's Day and finally decided to use it this month.

There was a mix-up with my initial appointment, however I was still given a hair treatment and blow dry on the day and a further appointment scheduled for the following week.

I turned up the following week and was treated like a queen. I was very impressed with the service from the moment I walked in. Everything from the head massage, back massage, facial, hair treatment, blowdry, pedicure and manicure was done in the most professional manner by very friendly staff. I was so relaxed when I left the salon.

I'm a very happy customer and would recommend this salon to anyone who is willing to listen. Such a great experience...I will definitely be back. :-)

OMG my experience was just like Miss M30s, but my hair worse, my roots are yellow, mind you they charged me for a toner!!!!! My 3 year old daughter could have painted my nails better, and i also found out that the girl giving the mani and pedis is the apprentice hairdresser, doesnt evan do beauty! They are sooooo bad, didnt give two hoots about us voucher customers, they were all too busy looking at themselves in the mirror and chatting! I will never recommend this place and if you have a voucher, speak up!

What an awful experience. I prepaid for the full works - hair cut, colour, blow dry, treatment as well as 1/2 hour manicure plus 1/2 pedicure. Not once in the 3 hours I was there was I even offered a glass of water let alone a cup of coffee. The hair dresser - while very good did not speak English and so i settled for getting a safe haircut rather than the one I actually wanted as we could not communicate.
Worst part of all - my 1/2 hour manicure and 1/2 pedicure was just nail polish. The girl was too lazy to even bother buffing all of my nails so 3 out of each foot and hand were done at most. The job done was sloppy and she did not appear to have any qualification or skill in giving manicures or pedicures.
Yes I did buy the voucher as part of a special Spreets deal but regardless of what I paid I still did not even get the special value let alone the advertised value or the advertised deal.
And I should point out the extras they rope you into paying for. Every person who was in there was talked into the extra colour which cost an additional $70 on top of the $70 already paid.
I certainly will never return here nor would I recommend it to anyone.
THe whole experience has left me feeling rather upset and ripped off.
