A lot of wasted time. At first, she asked a lot of questions and seemed to listen. But after that it went nowhere. Nothing was achieved except wasted time. Couldn't even get my name right in the letter.

Claire was fantastic she helped me through a mediation with my ex over the children.
She organized the best way of going about it and offered legal advice throughout the mediation process and spoke for me most of the time which was great for me as I'm very shy she also organized the paperwork for the orders we made and sent it off to the courts to be made as court orders and they arrived back within a week.
