Citrus is one of the restaurant that you would consider somewhere between cafe or fine dining. They make excellent breakfast that is out of your expectation. Excellent service and great taste food.

It's one of those places that you would love to visit, and when you get there it's just "meh".
It's good, but there's nothing that really makes it stand out of the crowd. You see people there all the time enjoying themselves and you think how nice it would be to go there and eat. Then you get there and you're not that impressed.
But overall, I wouldn't say it's bad. They have good food and great service. The alfresco dining experience is good too.
