A government department what more can I say! You stand in a queue for ever and a day only to get served by someone that does not want to be there let-alone treat you like a human being with feelings. So cold and uncaring. If you don't cross your t's and dot your i's look out! Standing in a queue is bad enough for anyone but when you have a bad back and leg it's a nightmare, you get to the counter almost ready to collapse from pain only to be confronted by some uncaring robot
