Both my kids were referred by their orthodontist to the Canberra Surgicentre for the removal of all wisdom teeth. We had the wonderful Dr Michael Cooper as our surgeon. The whole process, from start to finish, was exceptional. I would highly recommend the practice to any of my family or friends.

I would not recommend this centre. Not only were we denied information,I was called a bully by the treating surgeon for asking questions about my husbands procedure. When asked about costs they quoted 1 of 3 out of the $2010 costs. When I requested their provider number they told me I don’t need it but did supply it. When I asked which dentist would treat my husband they responded indignant with who it was. When the dental surgeon entered the first thing he said was “get out of that chair, you sit in that chair, I am here to speak with your husband and not you. You have made the receptionist cry you are a bully.” He then spoke directly to my husband. He was there for 30 minutes, charged $525 for accomodation and on pick up no one was there but the nurse. Everyone had gone home.

Made an appointment at the Canberra Surgicentre upon the advisement of my orthodontist to get my wisdom teeth looked at. I had already had x-rays done previously. They were running a bit late, but Dr Vickers was very nice & gave me lots of information about all my options. He was able to answer any questions and overall was very helpful. They also do bulk-bill.
