Why are garden doors closed at 9am tuesday4th April . Im elderley and not going to push unwieldly trolley all way through store with havy garden supplies . Went elsewhere.

Visited the store on Saturday and can't compliment Rosie and Julie in the plant section highly enough. They were friendly and only too happy to help with my questions (and there were a few!)
Keep up the great customer service ladies!

I visited the store last Saturday.
While there, we decided to have some lunch in the cafe. I had been unable to locate a product so I asked the young girl who was working there about it.
She was very helpful and didn't brush it off or dismiss my enquiry. Not only did she look for it on the screen, but she also contacted someone else to see if they could help. Unfortunately it had sold out.
Incidently the coffee and tea we had, together with the pie and sandwich, was very nice.

I was so impressed with the service and help of the great staff at Bunnings at McGraths Hill today. I needed a laundry tub and had absolutely no idea of the extra bits and pieces that I would need...taps, waste, plugs etc. Peter (special orders) so nice and so helpful ,called the resident inhouse plumber, David who said follow me and proceeded to collect the bits that i needed. Back to special orders desk where Anna continued the excellent service. I am amazed at their level of service, thank you all so much, your help was so appreciated.

I prefer the older staff to the younger ones. The older ones are so friendly, and strong, never imagined to see one of the older staff members as fit as they were, impressive. And they don't look at you like you have something hanging out of your nose, whereas the younger seem like they are just there to get paid and get the heck out of there. I don't go there anymore even though it is closer to where i live after i got palmed off by a staff member and given the dirtiest looks. 3 Stars go to the older staff for the greatest service i have received and the minus two are to the younger staff.

Ive been to the store a few times over the weekend and have been a few times this year for plants.. i have to say the older staff are so nice and are people i aim to seek advice from on items in the store. If the store only employed older people i think i'd be pretty thrilled. The younger employees aren't friendly unless you catch them first thing.. There are people out there who need a job.. i really wonder why some people work at Bunnings when they don't want to be there!!!

I always go here on the weekends (Saturdays) to learn things at their DIY (Do It Yourself) workshops. They are very helpful and always polite and full of knowledge. I highly recommend them for any renovations that You maybe undertaking around the house.
