My son recently had to buy some replacement tools that were stolen and we decided to visit this store. I was amazed at the prices they had for their items, they were much cheaper than another store we had visited. They not only have tools and hardware but I loved the crafting section and the garden centre is great. I'm keen to try one of the DIY classes they offer frequently.

Took my elderly dad to Bunnings to exchange a hose reel that he had purchased. The product was immediately refunded and we toddled off to choose another.
After a lengthy discussion we selected one the was above a ticket for $15.95.When we went to the checkout it scanned as $54.90.Having said we couldnt pay that much, and took the attendant to the aisle we found it in,it was realized the product shelf had been incorrectly stocked. We were immediately offered the product at the $15.95 price, all smiles and goodwill.Made mine and Dads day!

One of the best stores in which you can find whatever you actually need. The small play area that they have at the store makes it easy for mum ,like me, to shop freely without worrying about kids.

I walked into bunnings looking for some help in relation to restoring my tv cabinet, i could not find anyone to help me, the service desk said to go down to the timber section and someone will help you, i went down there and no one was there, he then said to go to the paint desk and see someone there, but there was no one at the paint desk. They then had obviously heaps of people turn up for an interview for an available position there and im talking 30 people and they were all lined up blocking the exit.....could they have not done the interview after hours....? I had a two year old with me so its not easy to get help on a good day let alone that happening when you really need some help.

Bunnings warehouse has a absolutly huge range of products. Unfortunatly they are a little had to navigate through for the average un-knowlagable woman and when i looked to find someone to help me there was no staff to bee seen. when i finally did find someone they were very busy and only gave the very min time and help

They have a large selection, but it was very difficult to find a staff member and when I did they did not work in the section I was asking about, so I had to look for another staff member. In the end I found what I needed without any help.

Very large warehouse, very poor on customer service always hard to find some one to help and when you do find someone it's apparently not their department very frustrating.
Very large selection of goods ranging in price. Very competitive prices.
