I dropped off a ringtail possum joey found alone on the pavement today (22/9/23). The staff were excellent and welcoming, and gave the joey prompt care. I couldn't be more happy with their service and care. Thank you!

The vet lied to me about what she was prescribing my cat. He had IC and needed antiobiotics and anti-inflammatories. She told me antibiotics weren’t necessary and that she’d prescribed an anti-inflammatory and two anti-stress. She actually prescribed two anti-stress and an anti-depressant. My cats condition really deteriorated. Called back and they said they would hold him for 2-3 days to collect urine and do an ultrasound. Would’ve cost so much and they were not going to change his medicine in that period despite the fact he was now peeing blood. Took him to a different vet who explained that the medicine was keeping him calm but was never treating his condition and that he needed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. I truly believe my cat would have died if I had left his care in their hands.

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment and lack of advice that we received whilst trying to buy prescription <pet food.
Bundoora Clinic should be ashamed for their lack of service, understanding, and their lack of trying to remedy the problem, as we had to find a solution by ringing Lort Smiths for them to email BVClinic in over 10 years of buying this product I have never had this happen before. Terribly Handled and certainly won't be back.. Buyers beware if you don't have your pets papers don't bother stopping at the Bundoora Clinc.

Thanks for your care of our daschie who unfortunately didn’t survive. You were all so kind and cared for Archie in the short time he was there. You made a very difficult time just a bit easier Special thanks to Steven and Hannah.

The receptionist can't even handle being under so called pressure of three walk ins. I mentioned I was happy to wait as I just needed antibacterial ointment and some treats as my poodle was attacked. And I ain't paying $160 for a Vet to tell me something I already know. That money can go towards her ointment that I purely was there for so no Infection would occur in future. the staff kept apologising about how busy she was as I waited. She did not care to sell me anything.
The website meantions..."We will however never compromise on our high standards of compassion and patient welfare." "Patients are triaged and emergency patients will be given priority." "Above all we show owners compassion and care."

I had to rush my dog to Bundoora vet due to her eating mouse bait it was on a Sunday after 6 and they charged a ridiculous amount of money just for my dog to be seen the lady behind the counter was really nice but I wasn't happy with the vet I asked if I could go in with my dog and she refused then they have my dog something to make her vomit and then charged me for all these other things which I'm sure they didn't do and then told me I'd have to bring her back and fork out all this money for X-rays and tests if she wasn't any better they also told me that she was fine to take home and shed vomited everything up after getting her in the car and driving for less than a minute my dog threw up all over my car while I was driving on plenty rd which freaked me out the vet made me feel like I'd neglected my dog for letting her get into the bait wasn't at all happy with the price or the vets attitude if it wasn't an emergency I would have tAken her to lort smith as they are wonderful and compassionAte and way cheaper and they let you pay your bill off and the vets there always do such a wonderful job

Staff were quite cold and uncaring. They made a big deal when I asked if I could leave an item of old clothing with my very sick cat when he was hospitalised, so he had a familiar smell. Visiting him was also a big deal to them. Not very user friendly.

I have just had our 6 year old cat to the vet for dental work. The vet was so impressed with my cats vocal abilities, she talks to you. He was able to clean her teeth but also picked up she had precancerous cells on both ears which I missed, and I'm a nurse!

Took a stray cat here and we weren't pleased with our treatment. Previously went there when our cat died and didn't feel much care from staff. Very disappointed as we had been attending the clinic for 3 years with our 4 cats for treatment
