When I moved to Seacliff in 2017, I was pleased to discover there was a local butcher.

I've shopped at BCM ever since.

Their meat is first class, whether it's simple plain meat already cut, or meat already transformed into sausages, patties or schnitzels (their chicken schnitzels are my favourite - the coating is perfect for my taste, and always fresh). If it's something that needs a little more attention (I regularly get them to bone a shoulder of lamb), they're always happy to do it for me. And they are friendly and universally pleasant to deal with.

Near Oasis Brighton is this butcher shop. Noticed they had 10 meat balls for $10 and decided this was our meal for the evening. Cooked on the bbq and they were very tasty and easy. Nice selection of meats on display and reasonably priced too

somerton park delivery centre, have regular meat raffles and we always buy our meat from these friendly helpful guys. a lot of people at the centre now shop at their butcher shop.

I regularly shop at this butcher, They are friendly and provide great service. I was there recently and wanted lamb racks. The butcher cut a rack for me while I was there and it was the BEST rack of lamb I have ever bought - even my husband commented on it and told friends how good it was. There was not too much fat on it and it was really tender. I have bought sausages from there and they were delicious, they even gave me free samples of others. They have a great selection to choose from -I highly reccomend this place

I was looking for chicken breast on the bone i honeslty couldnt get it from any of the supermarkets i went in here and asked and they helped me straight away. i have been here since to get other types of meat i couldnt find in the supermarket and once again they have been able to help me. Really great knowlegable staff.

The quality and vast selection of meat is fantastic. The meat is all freshly cut and displayed with friendly staff to help you (even told me the best way to cook my steak!)
