Had dinner here last night in the bistro area. Nice atmosphere and a new menu with a variety to select from. A new chef is here and some new tables and setup makes it possible to watch the sea and the sunset. Spectacular setting and good food.

This is a great sailing club with friendly members. A number of classes are sailed here. It has a bar which is open most week days from around 4.30 which is good for all the swimmers, canoe paddlers and paddle board people. The public is welcome and there is also coffee at the bar. The dining area is open on Thursdays, followed by a quiz night and dinner is also served on Friday nights.

Attended the opening for start of the sailing season here. Lovely spot with both sailors and visitors made very welcome. The bar is open late afternoon most days and on Friday nights the upstairs bistro area has an interesting menu. There is a meat raffle and a lucky member draw held then too. It is lovely on a summer's evening to have a meal and watch the passing activity on the beach. The meals are well priced too and open to the public. Just ring the club for a booking

Just back from watching my son go sailing at this sailing club. Beautiful day to sit outside on the seating area and enjoy a soft drink from the bar which is now open earlier. The public are welcome to purchase from here as well as members. Often coffee and food is available from the canteen too. The club has a good ambience and welcomes visitors, sailors and non sailors alike. Dinner is served on Friday nights in the upstairs area and is very nice and reasonable cost. There is a lovely function room that is perfect for weddings and other celebrations.

I am a member of this off the beach sailing club and thoroughly enjoy sailing here. It is right on the beach with ramps for access. The clubrooms have a bar downstairs and a restaurant and bar upstairs that is open on Friday nights. Some Friday nights different bands play in the downstairs bar and entry is $5 a head for the band. The public is welcome both downstairs and upstairs when the bar is open. Now that the footpath past the clubrooms has been completed by the council it is a good spot for people having a stroll to pause for awhile.

Have just joined this club as a sailing member and found very friendly and helpful people in the office. I was also able to obtain (at a price) storage for my boat. This is very helpful as it means my car can now live in the garage. Looking forward to social side of this club as well as the good sailing that is conducted here for Juniors and Seniors

This yatch club is long established as a dinghy racing club. (off the beach) It sails a number of different classes and has very good sail training programmes. Very strong junior fleet and sails optimists for the young ones. Very nice club rooms with a bar, canteen, and serves dinners on selected nights. Has senior membership fees too which is great. Also very friendly and welcoming. Parking not too hard and ramp for cars to take boats to the water.
