The food here is average at best, the service, decor and atmosphere are perfectly aligned to the quality of food. So if what you need is average food, average service in a dingy restaurant, then choose to come to Bistro 1! Not impressed, and having tried twice (just to be sure) we certainly won't be coming back!

Terrible. Should have run when the coffee came - the most watery I've ever seen a Latte. Slow, uninterested service. When breakfast eventually came it wasn't worth waiting for - overcooked eggs, chewy, oily bread, holondaise sauce that just wasn't right. Won't be going back.

The meals at Bistro 1 are always amazing! Great quality, huge servings and always a delight. The wine list is basic, however, offers a small selection of decent wines that accompany many of the dishes nicely.

The service is a little inconsistent however never outright bad.

A very nice restaurant with modern cuisine. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Hard to get a table at times. When busy though food production does grind down to a crawl it seems.
