I tried this 3 times with a voucher a while ago. I only went 3 times, because it wasnt for me. I find you have to plan your whole day around it. Make sure you have had enough water throughout the day! Its a tough class and can also feel a little claustrophic with the heat. Instructor was nice.

Bikram yoga here is awesome.The yoga room is massive, and they have clean shower facilities available.

The instructors are great - very friendly and engaging during the classes.

Bikram is not for the faint hearted though. It's hard! You will start sweating in the first five minutes, and you may feel faint during parts of the class but the outcome is well worth it.

There is free street parking available - just be mindful of game days though when the 15 minute parking rules apply.

Excellent facilities and the teachers are engaging and highly professional. The studio is situated in an ideal position with parking readily available and buses close by.

This is an exhilarating and challenging form of yoga. The studio is the newest in Brisbane with the latest in heating. The facilities are good and the studio owner/directors and teachers are welcoming and committed to this practice of yoga and for each student to reach their full potential.
