I followed Ben from when he worked at Mortdale to Kogarah, and whilst it is not the closest vet to me, he is by far the best Vet I have ever encountered in the last 18 years of owning dods. His knowledge, skills and experience is second to none, and his fees are more than reasonable.

Have been going here since moving to the area in 2020 and find the genuine care is the best I have experienced. My dog had an acute and unusual allergic reaction to a vaccination yesterday and the immediate attention was very much appreciated.

Excellent service and most importantly, they make you feel like they actually care about your pet child. Ben is amazing. He has looked after Alfie from the start and made me feel comfortable and safe with him. He is not about the $ signs. I did try other Vets when we moved and I was not happy. They told me they could not diagnose properly because our dog was anxious and frightened! I found Ben again who diagnosed the issue straight away and we were able to control Alfie’s problem. Amazing person, professional but most importantly..CARING!! Highly recommend.

Excellent service, beautiful vets especially Jacob. He is super gentle with our anxious cavoodle and immediately puts her at ease. Highly recommend this practice. All the support staff are wonderful too.

We have been taking our rescue greyhound Velvet to Ben for 5 years now. He is amazing with her. Greyhounds are not the same as other dogs (heart rate, platelets, proteins etc) we know she is in safe hands with Ben. The piece of mind plan BRILLIANT, I can take Velvet in as many times as I need to, for her vaccination, blood test, a check up, nails to be clipped etc. I would never take my Velvet anywhere else.

Iv'e been taking my two cats to Ben for over 5 years now and wouldn't want to use any other veterinary service. When my fur baby girl was unwell they diagnosed diabetes and once on insulin she bounced back although 16 years old, she is growing old gracefully and healthy. Ben isn't in this for the money, he and his team are dedicated, loving individuals who really care about our fur babies. Couldn't recommend a better vet in Sydney.

I have worked in the industry for 16 years and have never been given the level of professionalism and compassion as I have from Ben and his team. They don't rip you off and see you and your fur child as a walking dollar sign but do whats right for your pet. They put all other vets to shame and I couldn't recommend them enough. Even if you're out of area, make the journey to Benny and the Pets, they are more than worth it and you'll be so glad once you do.

Ben and his team managed our pets illness and our stress and worry practically. They gave us confidence in the strategy for treatment and it definitely did not cost a bomb.
