I was renting a property from them for over 4 years. Never once did a property manager come and inspect the property even after the multitude of maintenance requests.. When i was moving, the property manager finally inspected and queried the leak in the ceiling. I advised her that had been around for many months and that NO one bothered to check it.
To add insult to injury, the senior management treated us as unworthy as we were only tenants!
I really felt for the landlord as he was unaware of all the requests made on his property and subsequently had to spend much more to repair it.
