Its a good bakery and the food is amazing but i find the service to be quite slow. most of the time we have to wait for more than 10 minutes, sometimes i just want to grab something a go but i find that when i want to go here is only one staff member working and even when im 3rd in line it still takes 10 minutes. but other than that its a great place and so yummy

The last two times I have been there I have had to wait for service while the young female staff members finished their personal conversations.

Apart from that aspect, I find the range of products a little bit poor on variety. I would like to see them introduce new products more often.

The items are baked fresh every day and are very good quality items, and the prices reflect this.

I think if they had better customer service I would give them a higher rating.

I do like the fact that you can get the loaves of bread sliced on site, and I'm a big fan of their fruit mince pies at christmas.
