The Staff at Babytime we at all times friendly, helpful and never once made us feel like we needed to rush. Their expertise was greatly appreciated, their product knowledge outstanding and unlike to big "super stores", they didn't push the high price items when another product was just as good.

At the end of all our buying, they gave us a great package price which was cheeper than the big stores.

Why would anyone want the advice of a 22 year old single girl working at babyco, when you can tap in the wisdom of a mum with 4 kids at Baytime?

Ive actually purchased a rocker from babytime and can say they where quite pleasent to me too. BUT when i went back to enquire in regards to a fault that the rocker had, they where not as helpfull as they seemed to be when they where firts trying to sell me it. Although the service might be great before you purchase there products, it would also be good to know that the same quality of service will be offered to you when things go wrong. I called up 2 times and left my contact number and not once did any one call back. so i thought id go in and speak to them personally and no one was as interested in speaking to me and as u say they where busy, so they took my details again and said they will contact me....and they DID NOT! I did not have any of my receipts but i did have the credit card statement which stated the day and my purchase....when i asked the gentleman if it was enough, he said that the company was not going to take that as a form of recepit, when i asked if they could possibly check there records of the month of october, he said it would take too long. So YES they are great when you get there, but unfortunatly not so helpfull when you most need them. But then again you made a purchase, so they wouldnt care less what happens, as they got money at the end of it!!!!!!!

They were prob rude to you because you didnt have a RECEIPT how do they know it was that item you took back in that was on your credit card statement? As you had no proof of buying it you could have brought it from somewhere else.
I had a fault in a cot a brought from there and they gave me a new cot plus store credit. I dont think there bad at all.

Always had good service. One sales lady knows customers and their kids by name. They always seem to have the best prices and very knowledged in carseats.

I'm appalled by their service. I phoned to ask about a replacement for my stroller and was told to call back another day. When I phoned again my details were taken. A week later, nobody had gotten back to me. So when I went to the store to purchase something they took my details down again - no apology for forgetting me. And guess what! I'm still waiting for a call back. I won't be holding my breath but I will be letting them know exactly what I think of their customer service. Rude, rude, rude. I won't be stepping foot in their door any time soon!

oh my god, i just replied to another ladies comment before i even continued reading any other comments and i just happen to scroll down to see youre comment. I was hopeing to not be the only one who thought that the service at this store is SCHOCKING once they finish off with you. EXACTLY the same thing happen to me....they tell you there too busy and take down youre details and never once call u agian. even when i went back perxsonally to enquire about it, they didnt even apologise. I made a purchase in 2007 and complaint about it FEB 2008 as i had given it as a gift to my sister and till this day i have not received a call.As you mention ITS RUDE RUDE RUDE....so yeah its great to have knowlegde in there products, but pretty crap service...

We shopped around for the big items we needed for our baby - pram, change table, cot etc and Babytime beat EVERY price we got because they do package costing for you and when we had one store $50.00 cheaper, Babytime beat it by $10.00. Delivery was faster than they estimated and staff carry things to the car for you - FANTASTIC STORE!

Great for all things 'baby'. We have purchased a pram, high chair, toilet training seat, toys, booster seat... they have everything!
Always several staff members available to answer questions & recommend products.
Great to have a huge baby store in such an accessible location.
