DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CONTACTING THIS GROUP!!!! I initially rang to arrange an apt to have my reverse-cycle system serviced. I was asked if it was an emergency and I stated no just general service needed. THREE AND A BIT WEEKS LATER...I was contacted to arrange a time for service to be done at 8am before going to work. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE!!! DIDN'T CALL TO REARRANGE OR APOLOGIZE. I eventually rang to be told they'd had a bad week. ANOTHER APPT WAS ARRANGED..AGAIN NO SHOW DESPITE THE FACT HE SAID HE'D RING IF HE COULDN'T MAKE IT AND COME THE FOLLOWING MORNING. On ringing, his assistant said she'd contact him and get back me. 15 MINS LATER STILL NOTHING!!! THIS TIME WHEN I RANG TO CANCEL THEY SAID THEY BE GLAD TO AND I HAD TO REALISE THEY'RE VERY BUSY AND HAS TO PRORITISE THEIR JOBS. A VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT RESPONSE TO MY, WHAT WAS INITIALLY A SIMPLE REQUEST FOR SERVICE. 6 WEEKS LATER, MY UNIT IS STILL NOT SERVICED. SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT BLOWS UP?? DISSATISFIED...TO SAY THE LEAST!!
