This is the worst Australia Post in the country. I've never seen such a galant effort towards providing zero customer service.
Things I've seen at this LPO:
- people being brought to tears for asking questions
- people being abused for not getting to the counter quick enough
- loud, unprofessional conversations about topics unrelated to
providing the service
- people being asked "are you going to pay me to count this? This will take a long time"
And much more.
The staff either don't talk at all, or when they do they are rude. Never a kind word is passed on to anyone.
I avoid this place and only attend because I absolutely have to to collect parcels.
