Chaim gave me excellent advice regarding upgrading to Windows 7. He helped me resolve all my concerns about driver and software compatibility in advance. Once the upgrade was completed, all of Chaim's advice proved to be correct.

He travels to your home which is very convenient.
He found the password for our wireless system so we could watch movies on our new smart tv. He upgraded some software. He also noted difficulties and usage of our canon printer and will follow up with the canon rep.

The mobile service is great as I find unplugging and lugging this heavy machine about the pits. Besides putting all the wires back in the correct locations is fraught with potential error.
I have learnt a lot about my computer from Mr Lee, knowledge that I would not have had without his patience. The printed reminder sheets on what I should do, and how often, is also very helpful.
