New chef has the kitchen pumping. Cheap snack menu in sports bar as well. Thank god someone in Cranbourne does live music!

I would NOT recommend this place to any one. Had a terrible experience there on Sat, for a birthday and it was the most embarrassing time ever, especially for our invited guests. It was not worth the money that was paid. We organised the platter setting costing $26.50 per head which consisted of chips an dip which I thought would be ok for the kids to pick at +calamari + dim sims, spring rolls and samosas. Then with that you had a choice from menu 2 of 4 items. I thought that it wasn't very much food wise, so we paid extra to select an extra 4 items from menu 2.
They stared to serve the platters one platter every 10 min. Not every one was served then instead of leaving the platters on the table they took it away then came the next one the same thing happened the platter disappeared so when she brought the 3 one we told her to leave the platters on the table as some never got anything and to top it off we never got cutlery or crockery, what place ever serves food with out these things, so embarrassing for our elderly guests we even had to ask for serviettes. The party pies sausage rolls and quiches kept appearing never ran short of those but the salmon brochettes appeared once only and not every one got some, also the prawn skewers once only. Your functions manager did a very poor job of organising the function. I'm a head chef and this place is appalling. I wouldn't even rate this place. At the bar we had to keep asking for water you would think that they would provide carafes for the tables and glasses but we had to keep asking shocking. Very bad experience, and never again.

It has a very relaxed atmosphere, which is possibly why I see regulars here ever since I've been coming here. The food is priced at the lower end of the spectrum and gets cheaper on the steak and parma nights.

I have been here a couple of times for dinner, hoping it may improve as they seem to be always renovating. Last time we went, it was busy as usual, but the nice waitress found us a table and cleaned it quickly so we could sit down. I had the beef kebabs which were very ordinary, not enough flavour. And we did go once with the kids when they had the balloon man there. The kids enjoyed watching and got a balloon each. Very nice man. Friendly and good at entertaining the kids (and adults)

Friday night dinner and the first time at this establishment. No reservations, but no problem we thought as the place was basically empty. Nope, only one table 'empty' and that one was by the door leading to the outside betting area. The outside door was a slow closer and we battled the cold and smoke from outside during our meal.

Supposedly all the other tables were 'reserved', however during the entire time we were there, they were never filled. The place was more than half empty.

We ordered and paid for the meal and it took 19 minutes from the time we paid until the appetizer came. The mains much after that. The appetizer was good and that was about the last thing that was right.

I ordered my meal with chips. Vegetables came instead. The quality was ok and the quantity respectable.

Time for desert. They had a 'desert' special. Another long wait after ordering and paying and I had to go ask where the desert was. The desert was supposed to be apple pie and ice cream. Well the pie was small, baked so much so that it was hard and there was no 'ice-cream', but whipped cream.

Although one bad experience doesn't knock out a place, I'll have to think about dining here again. The food taste was ok, but nothing above average.

Considering the price and the service: the meal was a big let down.
