I am a international student and have OSHC card from Allianz. I needed help with some docter bills and i went to the OSHC office in Latrobe University. There was a very friendly guy in the office, name was Ankit and he sorted out all my issues and was very helpful. I dont mind travelling 12 Kms to come to his office for the service he provides. Very happy! but long waiting required as he is very busy. I asked around while waiting, everyone said they travel long distance to see him as he is the best.
