Great company. Called about a problem with my oven, staff were very friendly and helpful and organised a tech to come out to my house. Clean, polite technician, removed his shoes before coming in, repaired my oven in a timely manner and was very professional. I would highly recommend All General White Goods to anyone needing their white goods repaired. Signed... one happy customer.

Terrible experience. After waiting 2 weeks for repair (including one reschedule when someone was supposed to come that morning but never came) the technician came to fix our fridge. We live in a studio apartment with no windows/ventilation and 2 smoke detectors. The technician pulled out a blow torch to start welding the pipes in the back of the fridge, creating smoke and fumes in our small room/home. Not only did this present a health hazard to himself as well as us, it set off the smoke detector and evacuated our whole building with a response from the fire service.
The company is thus far refusing to pay the fine for this because we did not advise the technician we have a fire system, even though we were never told of the need to bring a smoke producing item into our home (who thinks "Oh the fridge guy is here to fix my cooling object, better tell him about our smoke detectors that can be clearly seen!"). Proper training in using a hazardous item like a blow torch should include assessing location of smoke detectors as well as reducing the hazard from smoke and fumes for all involved, which is also the company's Duty of Care to the clients to maintain a healthy environment when they enter their home.
A completely ridiculous experience leaving me very concerned and questioning of the training provided by this company to their employees and their concern of us as clients.
Ordered some spare parts and have been waiting over 4 months. Had to pay in full, up front. They ordered the wrong part. No contact unless I contact them.
“excellent on time service . faulty frig. part replaced replaced at a very”…
