Adlei glass are extremely professional in dealing with the client before and after installation. Their installers were courteous and neat and clean in appearance and installation went without a hitch. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Their after service is very disappointing. Beware of signing the after install form as they don't explain to you in detail that if you sign it you have no recourse for any claim of workmanship after. I discovered a scratch on my splashback after install which was not visible at the time as I was told not to clean the glass after 24/48hrs to let the silicone dry. They offer a 7year warranty for workmanship so what does that mean? If you sign the form its no longer valid. For such a small issue which they could have easily buffed out this is the response I get. I hate to to see if it was bigger issue....Never again beware.

I have dealt with Adlei Glass in the past and they where very helpful and understanding. They are one of the few places that still those toughened mirror splash-backs in kitchens. Thumbs up.

A big difference from my kitchen splashback......The workmanship was very very poor in my opinion. The threads on the taps got damaged. My husband had to fix it so that the fittings would go on correctly. (They had crossed threaded it when they put the fittings back on) Waterproofing of the tap fittings and wall bracket were not done so water would go behind the glass. My experience this time was very negative. I also paid full price before installation as i was so happy with them the first time around. That is a bad idea to do to any company. They nearly could not install within the 7-10 days of the actuall quote. A complete different experience....
