Poor customer service, My wife recently purchased a rotten pineapple from the Westlakes store. She unfortunately did not keep a receipt. She called the store and they kindly advised that she could swap it over or get a refund. She returned to the store 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager. The manager berated her in front of staff and customers and basically accused her of lying and that she should of kept her receipt and that it never happens...and she could have got the pineapple from Coles or Woolworths. She reluctantly allowed her to exchange the pineapple for another...We have been to the store on several occasions and while the fruit and vegetables are of a reasonable quality the customer service is always substandard. The cashiers are always gruff and terse and look like they don't want to be working there.

out of the 2 fruit shops, this fruit shop has by far the better quality. The price varies between the 2, but is my first choice if price is right.

Very fresh and good prices, fruit and veg, always have good prices, and a good range of other products, like drinks etc to choose from
