We were very impressed with the process for purchasing our new garage doors. The doors arrived for installation sooner than expected and Sam the technician who undertook the installation was friendly, courteous, and efficient. We definitely recommend this company.

When someone damaged our garage door and we needed a replacement, WR Engineering answered my online enquiry on the same day, were able to arrange someone to come out to do a quote within 2 days, and when Philip came to do the quote he got it back to me that same day. From there he responded to my emails within hours, confirming my order and answering enquiries quickly. Of the other two companies I reached out to for a quote, one never replied and the other got back to me after I’d already accepted Philip’s quote. The gentleman who came to install the door gave me a call when he was on his way which I appreciated and when he arrived was very friendly and professional. The level of service from everyone was brilliant and very fast which is hugely important when you don’t have a functioning garage door!
