The receptionist was very friendly, the bed was surprisingly comfortable 👌🏻and the room functional. 🙂 The access to bathroom 🚽 and shower 🚿 (wetcell) is a bit high, I would not recommend it for mature guests with arthritic knees . The TV is very small 😏. Breakfast 🥞 is able to fill the tummy, prepayed $12.-, if one decides there every receptionist made cup of coffee ☕️ is $4.-. Overall value for money on a Parlament sitting day when comparable hotel rates get hiked up 🆙👍🏻

The hotel staff in Canberra is very friendly at all times, always providing relevant information both about the reservation and suggestions of what could be done in the city, the room is something according to the price, with television, a bar-type refrigerator, a kettle , something comfortable and comfortable, perhaps the "negative" point is that if you do not have a vehicle (my case) the city's public transport does not leave you so close, since the hotel is a little far from the town center, but it is a very quiet place and so full of nature.

Overall it was a good stay, just need a bit more of a clean from the cleaner. The fridge wasn't working, had mould around the seals of the door. The shower had mould in it. Had spider webs throughout the room. Other then that was a good stay.

Heater, one light and fridge not working and fan in both bathroom missing cover and not sure if working properly

Good location with quick and easy check-in/out. Nice to have breakfast available Staff were very helpful and friendly Heating was very noisy and could not be avoided as room was very cold without it
