During our five-day stay, all the staff who were on duty assisted us in a friendly and supportive way whenever we needed accommodation services. Without exception, all staff members engaged with us and provided alternatives when we enquired about external information. We received service with a smile each time we interacted for purposes of housekeeping, reception, breakfast, coffee, transport, laundry, parking, dinner suggestions, and even sightseeing options.

Conveniently located. Parking is easily accessible, even in rainy weather. Serves awesome breakfasts. The best coffee in town. Value for money granola and yogurt with fruit. The reception staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cafe staff are serving with grace during the morning peak hour. Housekeeping staff very helpful and flexible.

Staff lovely and friendly. We were upgraded and the room ideal. We don’t have a lot of needs. Loved the cafe for breakfast, simple a la Carter and just lovely. Staff great there as well. Good value for money.
