Screen Acting
More than just drama classes for kids. Filmbites acting courses focus on introducing and developing fundamental acting techniques in a fun and nurturing environment.
Filmmaking
Starting with the fundamentals of camera, sound and script writing and extending all the way into pitching for funding. Our Filmmaking course gives budding filmmakers the tools they need to bring their stories to life.
Animation
Working with Tahoma 2D and Blender animation software, students are introduced to the animation basics and taught how to create their own work from storyboarding to final render.
Game Design
Guided through the GameMaker Studio 2 software students can make platformers, puzzle games, shooters, or story mode games – wherever their creativity takes them.
Community & School Workshops
Filmbites partners with schools and communities to bring workshops to you!
We offer statewide incursions in Screen Acting, Animation, Make-Up SFX, Game Design, Filmmaking and much more.

About Filmbites
Since 2003, we’ve taught Screen Acting, Film-making, Animation and Game Design to young people aged 7-18yrs, plus a range of other holiday, school & community workshops.
TALENT AGENCY
Filmbites’ Sister Company is Filmbites Talent Agency. We work closely together to help give casting opportunities to our students with our Youth Talent Coordinator.
Students who show skill and ability to work with others are invited to join Filmbites Talent Agency.
Filmbites is regularly contacted by casting directors and producers to cast roles in short films, TV series and feature films.
