These guys are like most real estate agents and are only really interested in you if you're buying a house or about to rent a house. You are treated like cattle when you view a property and god forbid that they look after a property you stay in.... They are just so much better that you LOWLY RENTER!!!

Really like all the user friendly features. It's a great way to b able to keep and get in touch with friends and family. A few blasts from the past and a whole lotta friends and family

They have a variety of toilets for use by families and a high level of cleanliness. Long opening hours and a million or so shops to choose from. Lots of variety

When given a neutral comment (not a negative one) a seller attacked me and plastered lies about our email correspondence all over my username. I contacted ebay and asked them to remove it as I could prove that what was said was in no way true...but all their responses seemed randomly generated and they would not remove the slanderous lies.

The restaurant seems to be staffed entirely by teenagers with a bad attitude. They look so incredibly bored all the time. The restaurant is always dirty and I wouldn't let my kids anywhere near the play equipment. It looks like it needs a good clean out and a thorough update.

The staff vary wildly between enthusiastic and helpful to those who look like they can catch something from just talking to you. Long wait lines but the phone lines are always very helpful

Stayed while my little one was in the hospital. Really simple but clean accommodation. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Rooms were cleaned reg and linen was of a really high standard. ALso a washing machine onsite

Long hold times, poor customer service, innacurate advice, no continuity of service. Tradesman don't turn up when they say they will. OUr phone line needed fixing several times due to a telstra fault. We were not compensated and our ohone was out of action between 1-2 weeks each time.
