The service is very slow at this store and they often mess up your order if you swap gravy for chips in a set meal. The chicken is often dried out, as are the chips at times.

KFC at Brassall provides good service, however as with all KFC stores, the food is relatively expensive for fast food and it is so greasy. I've never been a big fan, but when we do occassionally get KFC, Brassall is always good.
