Poor customer service and quite rude
This is clearly a company that wants clients that large dollar values. I just wanted a quote of (after I was given an estimate on the phone any the owner) and I followed the processes on the website, spoke to Matt again and about 2.5 weeks after getting in touch had a call-back to organise an onsite quote (I had already discussed that all the details were provides with Matt).
Then the receptionist hung up on me when I voiced any concern and gaslit me, and then hung up. I should have just gone with the multiple options I had on Air-tasker...I mainly got back in touch because of the estimate I was first given.
I've been around businesses for 30 years, my father is builder and developer. This is a poorly run company and I don't recommend them.
