I have always been scared of going to the dentist and at 77 it wasn't going to get any easier knowing I was to have major dental surgery. But what a pleasant surprise Ingle Farm Dental is, - the reception staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, the wait times reasonable, and Dr Grant Johnstone made my 90 minutes in the chair a painless experience - he was continually reassuring informative and with great care, skill and efficiency he enabled me to feel totally relaxed and in safe hands. A truly good word of mouth.
Going to a dentist is a pain at the best of times but if you really have to go then Ingle Farm Dental Surgery will get my vote. The receptionists are friendly and ring up the day before to make sure you are keeping your appointment. The wait is not too bad. I have a lady dentist and a lady hygienist and both are pleasant, thorough and gentle. My only gripe, other than them being dentists, is that they have no concessions for pensioners, which is another pain.
friendly dentist and receptionists. the dentist doesn't rush through the work unlike a few others that I have gone to previously. the wait was not too long, which is a good plus.
Have been going here for years and have always been happy with them and I know others who agree (well as happy as you can be with going to a dentist). I see a female dentist who is very nice, polite and gentle. The receptionists are also polite and friendly.
