The “finance” session was an amazing deep dive into the real mechanics behind investment property lending and how we can leverage into 13 properties. Other advanced topics like Master Limits for debt recycling to turn non tax deductible dent into tax deductible debt was revolutionary.

The “asset holding entity” session showed us how to circumvent our personal borrowing limitations, protect us from litigation and minimise tax. This session alone was worth the price of the course. Amazing!

The “creating a road map of acquisitions” session got us super excited. You showed us how to use data that not even PK’s course taught! Michael went from not being confident to being amazed at the opportunities all around us. All based on data mining that was deeply reassuring.

The “Buyers Agency” session was jaw dropping. Thank you for showing us the capital growth results you have achieved for clients in the last 18 months; all in an environment where interest rates went up 12 times. We can't wait to see the properties you will be putting forward to us.

The “Property Concierge” session really made us feel like you are helping us to put a team together. The cant wait for the next 13 zoom sessions coming up in the next couple of months and indeed the unlimited zoom sessions when we need them for the rest of our lives!

I also want to specifically mention the “Bonus” session” at the end of the day which we were not expecting. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! Indeed, there were so many unexpected surprises that lifted our knowledge that we were not expecting.

Even after having done PK’s course, we learnt so much. We didn't realise just how much was still missing which could have cost us many hundreds of thousands of $$ in mistakes. You filled in the gaps that weren't obvious to us and gave us a very tailored solution to ensure we hit our passive income goal. We are so glad we invested in the course.

For anyone thinking of doing Johns Platinums course. Just do it. You wont regret it. In fact, its expensive not doing his Platinum course.
