Great to drive thru as they usually have fast service. Friendly customer service to dine in as well. The food is usually always hot and fresh and satisfying, also a big gym for the kids to play on afterwards.

Fabulous service, girls were pleasant and efficient. The store was clean and tidy with over 5 customers dining in. My food was as expected which is what you want when purchasing from a fast food outlet.

As my son cannot eat onion and I like extra onions we had onions on his burger. As we were on our way home which at that time was 230kms away we had to delay our trip home by 15 mins to get another burger. We did get an apology but it made the drive home longer

I usually use the drive through but have dined in on occasion. It is usually very fast which is good but have been given the wrong order on occasion. The burgers are ok but only if you change the burger so you know you will get a fresh one.

unlike some fast food joints i have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my food at this particular hungry jacks! If i ask for no pickles then i get NO PICKLES. thats how it should be everywhere
