I had five separate fridge breakdowns and obligingly Roger came to my aid on all of them. He always explained in detail how he was diagnosing the issue and what the fix involved. He was happy to give me advice about improving the cooling myself, rather than charging me for things I didn't need. Roger also happily assisted me with my insurance claims (which were all successful in no small way due to his cooperation).
