What a beautiful place to do Yoga. The setting is wonderful and the classes are great for improving fitness and make me feel refreshed afterwards. I really enjoy this place and the staff are great.
Totally relaxing, this is a MUST to do at least ONCE a week.

The massage certainly fixed my aching shoulder, and as for the Yoga classes who said REAL men can't go. It not only stretches your muscles and ligaments, but vastly improves your flexibility, assisting those who are into Cycling etc.
The staff are very friendly and you are always welcomed.

This college is an amazing place. It is more like visiting old friends than going to a yoga class or course. When you walk into the college, an instant feeling of calm washes over you. It is in a beautiful position. Staff are all friendly, where you are not just another number walking through the doors. you are treated as an individual. If you are looking for a relaxing, supportive and all round great place to chill out, the college is for you!
I've been going to yoga classes at the College of Mind, Body & Spirit for a couple of months now and they are one of the highlights of my week. The teacher is lovely and very helpful, and the location can't be beaten - on the upper floor of a building overlooking the lake. I always leave the classes feeling calm and relaxed.
